it is a very great atmosphere, especially at the Detroit office. Everyone is willing to create a great work atmosphere that is both productive and fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how open and friendly the teams are. We have meetings once every other week, and everyone is free to speak their mind without the feeling of judgment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they actually care about my growth in the company, as well for my personal wellbeing. I never had a manager ever care about how I was as a person until I started working for Dynatrace.
