Realtor.com: I have been with rdc for almost 10 years and I feel it is one of the best places I have ever worked. I get the benefits of a large corporation but my office and the people in it make it feel like I work for a family-owned business. I have the best of both worlds.
SPS Commerce: I believe that my manager recognizes my value but is handcuffed by others (HR for example) in the organization. This make it hard for my manager to provide me with the compensation I deserve.
SPS Commerce: Being able to work remotely even before the pandemic hits was a blessing in disguise, and I felt it more when pandemic started. The company was able to provide it's employees the best environment they can give. And I like that SPS support equality among all.
SPS Commerce: A breadth of knowledge at onboarding along with a detailed support system provides assurance that any project will be successful.

Radancy: At Radancy, the good experiences far outweigh the not so good ones. The people are really helpful, the benefits are nice, the 3 week PTOs are lovely. The job does get monotonous at times, but here you have the freedom to take it upon yourself to make it not so.

Caregiver, Inc.: There is little stability. Things change from day to day. A lot of management have only been employed with the company for 2 years. Staff in the group homes has a high turnover rate.

SPS Commerce: Our company was acquired by SPS. The CEO, COO, VPs and counterparts at every level have welcomed us in and have been extremely helpful and wonderful people. They immediately jumped in and are figuring out how to integrate us as employees as their first step.
Realtor.com: Love Realtor.com - I think a little more pay other than the 3% annual raise would be great. Everything is so inflated and our paycheck is steady. Some internal opportunities are just title transfers with "Lateral Pay" which is unfair.
Armani: No raises unless moved up in title, little to no growth, below indistry average pay, outdated systems and outdated structure of business.

SPS Commerce: Honestly, I have been working for over 30 years and at many global companies. SPS is growing so fast and has provided employees so much opportunity (depending on your dept). SPS is the BEST! I love this company and wish I had started with them much earlier in my career. They look after staff.

It feels we're trying to much instead of swarming around the biggest challenges first (such as data quality and accessibility)

In that time I have had the opportunity to travel for work, attain my MBA, develop a new team, and turn-around an existing team... opportunities that are rare for someone just out of college.
SPS Commerce: SPS is one of those storied MN technology companies which has remained vital, and growing. I've always wanted to work here, and now that I'm incredibly impressed by what has been built, and what we are all building together.

SPS Commerce: SPS is a good, stable company but SPS needs to do a better job of valuing their employees. It seems like when great people leave, no one really cares. Overall it is a good place to work but we are all underpaid and we know it. I see mass turnover coming soon on the sales team if it is not fixed.

Radancy: 3.5 years in and I've learned something new every day - it's a one of a kind job. My managers have been exceptional as leaders and mentors which has helped me grow my career. The staff is wonderful to work with and there isn't an employee at Radancy who won't help you with whatever you need.

SPS Commerce: The overall experience is great, but it is hard to be loyal when the pay undervalues you and your work. SPS generally pays less than other companies for similar positions and they try to make up for it by providing soda and coffee (amongst other perks), but I would rather just have higher pay.

Then I moved into project management. I was promoted to Sr. in 3 years and then most recently promoted to Engagement Manager.

But the company doesn't care about me or people like me - they only care about LOOKING like they care about me and people like me. They don't take meaningful steps to retain women & POC (esp. in tech) or give good benefits.
SPS Commerce: it has been a great opportunity to work for a large, well run company where management and the C level bosses actually seem to care about the teams and the workers.
SPS Commerce: I'm a new hire. My team appears to have an extremely heavy workload. I'm not sure of the other areas of the company since I'm new. This appears to be the reason for such a high turnover in my area. I was told one guy was hired then left the company in less than 6 weeks. It should be investigated

symplr: Culturally this is one of the best organizations I have ever worked at and it starts at the top. What other organizations include meeting with ELT regulary as well as 2x a month to have open Q&A with your CEO where you can ask him anything. Nothing is off the table.

MGA Homecare: It’s great on a local level… corporate is terrible.
N-able: Bonus. In the PR/Communications world bonuses are not super common.
Vacasa: Fully knowledgeable about priorities & always have a plan of action to achieve it.

Credit Karma: My experience with Credit Karma has been incredible, the company and leadership especially Ken Liin as Ceo has not only been thoughtful but I personally have never had a company truly care and be as thoughtful to take care of its employees
Merit Medical Systems: Favored employees allowed to do no work. Absent, lazy management team.
Sirius Computer Solutions: Sirius is focused on positive customer outcomes and committed to taking care of its employees. They are a great place to work.
Barracuda Networks: Relaxed environment, lots of flexibility and work-life balance.
Textron Systems: I have always been proud to be a part of such meaningful and relevant products that support our warfighters. Our most valuable contributors were always recognized for their contributions. In the past 5 years, it seems to have shifted and those who do less get more, very frustrating
City Facilities Management (US) LLC: It may be too far gone to turn around.
ClearChoice Holdings: It has been tough at times but very rewarding

Axalta Coating Systems: Fast paced company that buys talent. If you are self directed and can pull yourself up by your own bootstraps working for Axalta may be a great fit for you.

CAI: CAI has been a great place to grow in my profession. I've had wonderful opportunities to learn with exciting new and innovative business initiatives. The best aspect of CAI is the talented, friendly workforce. The culture is always focused on finding solutions for our customers and our employees
SouthWest Water Company: Good supplier, easy costumer service
Curative: I feel like I have been given the opportunity to grow within the company. I appreciate that management is interested in helping their employees grow. I really enjoy that everyone is eager and interested in helping the patients that reach out to us for assistance every day.
Tata Elxsi: One of the best company.
Curative: I love the company as a whole and I love my team, but I find that our company is typically reactive rather than proactive. I also find that it can sometimes be a dead end for people career wise as there aren't many opportunities for educational advancement or development.
Radancy: An environment where work pace can speed up quickly on a moment's notice, or be steady with multiple projects each week.
