Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The RSU total comp doesn't work once you have been here 3 years.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take action based on the lawsuits and start firing people for their bad behavior rather then letting them go on a sabbatical and never return

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It is absurd to still think with over 700,000 US based employees that new hires area still better than their peers doing the same job. The Bar raising principal needs to be reevaluated
