I worked on the dock and i didn't like that it was to unorganized for me. Pay was okay tho but not enough to make me stay. I tried to do the work when i want but it was taking to long to transfer me to that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To many people in roles telling people what to do. Management needs to be more attentive.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Its not an interview at all. Standing outside in the heat, rain, cold, etc is not cool at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its to many younger people out there and it was always a fight or argument. Can't work like that. So i was most definitely looking for another job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As much money as Amazon makes there benefits could be better. Then maybe the turnover rate wouldn't be so high. People wouldn't quit so easily if the benefits were better. 401k match only up to 3%.
