I am a PA and I love the people I work with and have worked with. I want to move up and explore other Amazon FC's in my area to get more experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of our team is leaving on my shift, going to the new FC because of more money, opportunity and everything is brand new.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, stock, my own computer and radio for work. I don't want to share those with anyone else because they don't take care of it. My 6 months old new computer at work crashed because of so many users, it had 0 amount of memory and space.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are a new RELO FC and management needs to learn the process so when the floor needs help they too can jump in and help. They would understand our needs and how to make changes so everyone wins. We tell them what we need & they don't listen, but when they experience it they will fully understand.
