Employees you work with are friendly, helpful and I havent seen any immature gossip or childish stuff happen at Amazon unlike a prior employer I worked for. People that work for Amazon are mature for the most part. The management at Amazon are friendly, helpful and would go above and beyond for you!
What makes you most happy at work?
The pay is good and the atmosphere is positive and not negative!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I only had to complete a drug test, bring two documents and I was hired!! :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere, everyone-- coworkers, management--- everyone is friendly and helpful and everyone looks out for one another!! We are like a big family at work! I have no complaints :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are very nice and friendly, helpful if you have questions, and we all come from many different states and locations! No immaturity (gossip, whispering infront of someone, etc)--- they are just awesome! Ive not had any issues so far, everything has been great!!! :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to questions or concerns you may have, they try to keep the environment a safe one, but not only that, a welcoming one and dont get upset with employees with questions, but give opportunities (classes, by asking questions, etc) tp grow! Awesome environment to be in!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very cheap and affordable Deductible insurance plans for parents with children. Deductible insurance usually only charges a small amount like $25 copay to see the dr, otherwise its cheap and affordable for people that dont see a dr a lot. It makes things cheaper in the long run ... :)
