Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Amazon’s salary cap is not competitive, and they calculate stock appreciation into your total comp. So, Amazon expects that you will sell grants to supplement annual pay. Sign on bonuses are great, but result in a big comp cliff when they expire after two year
