Favoritism, friendly but lazy.

Work is comfortable for the most part, more difficult for some, much easier for the chosen few.

Needs more incentive to work harder to help the company. Bonus's are building wide which means nearly non-existent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can barely live on the hourly rate, stocks are nice, if you work here long enough to even get them. There is a catch to everything
