Our facility doesnt get the same raises and bonuses that ither facilities do. Yet they want us to put iut the same amount of work at those facilities! We never see upper management and some employess dont even know who they are. The moral at my facility is very low and that is not good these days

Pay us the same as other facitites in our state!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is new but he is very fair to all his employess weather it is praising them or disiplining them. All he wants is everyone to do their job!
