Been working for Amazon for just over a year and have learned a lot. Immediate leadership is awesome and responds to questions or concerns quickly. Only concern is HR. Currently in a battle to get my UPT back after they wrongfully took it for a mistake in their scheduling of MET. Accountability.

Their willingness to send you to other departments to learn new skills. Recognizing your performance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't one. If you had the proper paperwork, it was and in and out process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a wide variety of people who work here and it introduces new exposure to different cultures and appreciation for those experiences. Everyone seems accepting of eachother.
