I feel like they aren't very personal and that my boss is basically a computer lol. I made champion of the month and didn't even know until someone congratulated me in my dept that was in training with me, meaning my boss never acknowledged me or my success then till well not even yet a month lata
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More personalization, acknowledgement, a friendly wave or even a hello. Being called down to chose my reward instead of knowing I'm supose to get one but nobody's offered so I'm uncomfortable to ask.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes I do enjoy being of on my own as long as I stay within my numbers that my boss aka robot places for me I'm basically left to my own devices my whole shift
What makes you most happy at work?
I know it's cornu but ad I'm picking customers orders I think about how happy that person is going to be when they relieve whatever they ordered that I grabbed up for them in the mail ;)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We really don't have time to get to know each other, your kind of solo on the job so if u walk in knowing nobody chances are your walking out at the end of the day same
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More in touch contact letting you know what's going on, less wait between interview urine and start date. I took a test and didn't begin till about a month later. The whole process took almost 2 months start to end (start date) that's the longest process I've ever had in my job history til this date
