What makes you most happy at work?

My lunchtime and last five minutes before the end of my shift.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all work extremely hard. Negatively we are not all seen for our achievements.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all underdogs and I know what they are going through as it applies to me too.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take our recommendations as we are doing the job, not them. They expect us to solve the customers problems even though the resources & permissions are inadequate. We are limited in lot of aspects. There are gaps on some processes which we cannot solve. Promotion as we all work extremely hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The agents who do the same job I do in the US & UK receive way more than double of what I earn. Pay more taxes and benefits are deducted from this as well. I will feel better if my salary is equalled to those of the US & UK as then only would I be able to purchase a home which is unattainable now
