What makes you most happy at work?

The money and a few coworkers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Anyone not in upper management is disposable and trust me we feel it, we see it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was no interview. You took a drug test and summit a background check then you're hired. Easy enough.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More training, consistent advice on how they want things done. Less cocky attitudes from NEW managers. Better support for the PAs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The only good thing about going to work is the pay, and the people that you're around consistently you form a bond with.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better/more training. Not once did I meet upper management while working for this company. The new manager that finally finished his training and took over the team I'm on is cocky but when asked a question looks like a deer in headlights. The PAs run the floor they deserve more support.
