Horrble culture, managers don't introduce themselves or know your name, stupid rules, and doesn't pay a livable wage. It's a revolving door, im one of 8 of the 60ish people who started in my department who are left after 2 months.
What makes you most happy at work?
Break time and paid holidays.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its a revolving door. There is really not much interaction and people leave frequently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was no interview. If you apply and can pass a background and drug test, you are hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My new manager knows my name and genuinely cares. Its rare. We all live her just for her common courtesy. The one before her was a tyrant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like my co workers, but they all leave just when i get to know them. Good people, i wish they would put more effort in retaining people. They dont seem to care there is so much attrition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not a livable wage, the company makes billions of dollars on the backs of people who work on their feet 10 hours a day (there are no chairs at Amazon except in the breakroom and if you even lean you will be repremaneded, even if the warehouse is shut down for hours and there is nothing to do.)
