Work life balance. Creating supportive environment.

Better work life balance, more realistic work loads and metrics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PTO plan is horrible and lucky if you actually get to use it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many unnecessary meetings. People themselves are fine but they're overworked and morale suffers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They talk a good game, too bad the actual experience once you're working doesn't live up to it.
