Worst benefits compared to other tech companies. Treatment of warehouse workers is abysmal. Pay is ok to good, depending on place, but not as good as others in the same field.

The people that interviewed me, for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I actually feel like I'm being paid too much compared to my peers, or rather my peers aren't being paid fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team - positive, small team, communicates well. Larger company - negative, too competitive, arrogant only concerned with maximizing profit and minimizing cost. Amazon does not do 'fun'.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on frugality and profit. Not enough focus on sustainability in all aspects. Sustainable work environment, sustainable business. Everything is geared towards fast growth. Lots of churn. Employees do not stay longer than 2 years on average.
