
Amazon's "benefits" barely even apply to me. Honestly, I don't think the pay is that bad. But for working 5-10 hours in a place I really don't want to, being in the "silence" of a busy warehouse without even the leisure of music to help my focus, it can DEFINITELY be better. It can feel more human.
I know next to nothing about the leadership team. They are probably good people at heart, but at work they are basic corporate "yes men" that just try to do the bare minimum to butter up all of the workers into doing their jobs. I guess I like that they keep to themselves and aren't too petty.
