I can say most work hard and have a good attitude, some will listen to you, and some with show gratitude for a job well done even tho everyone is moving and concentrating on their job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can say where all in it together making the system work throughout the warehouse we each rely on the other to do the right thing to so picking up the slack of someone els doesn't happen much
What are some of the best things about your team?
the hard workers who are respectful compassionate take pride in the work their doing even when no one is watching without people like that things can get very chaotic and messy must have a sense of urgency meaning to stay at a pace that is steady and constant its those people
