Most of the leaders are great. You get a few who are not fit for the job. Meaning they inly know the job but do not know how to talk to people.

Employess are great to work with. There are some lazy ones and those ones are given the easiest jobs. If they know you can help the numbers they make you work and only consider you for the hard work
