All they do is drug test you, dont sctually interview you for base level employee

Higher pay, more time off availability. 20 hours of unpaid time isnt enough to take care of emergencies when they arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over night workers make a dollar more than day shift employees at almost every company except for amazon, i make the same as day shift employees and feel like forklift operators should be making at least 18 an hour.
