No raise although high performance. They told me because I was paid over team average.

Individuality . They don't make you join the crowd like high-schoolers. They leave you alone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't place newly grads as a manager. How can they possibly handle dynamics if people management while lacking life& work experience. They know nothing.
