I feel that everyday they are looking for a way to fire Associates who have longevity with the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Environment of ~. Once U get to the 2 year point, they want U replaced to bring in someone at a lower wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We worked the entire year to be told we would not be entitled to a raise; Yet we were the reason the company profits!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Associates run our facility! Mgt. is never around and most just turn a blind eye to cover up for their lack of Leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No consistency as they stress as the Core element in all decisions. Sugar coat answers , & say what they want Us to hear.
