What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a Supervisor/PA we only receive an annual raise which is < $1.00
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfair treated of supervisors and employees. Lackluster supervisors & employees are allowed to not improve but more responsibilities are placed on their counterparts. Issues that are addressed professionally are given ear but its irrelevant as no change is done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers, in general, do not care about their employees you're just a number. There is a blatant disrespect and they are not held accountable to the same standards that Supervisors and employees are held to. Supervisors keep the one that keep the building going (I am referring to CLT2 specifically).
