Spend time to explain the business to mew comers. To be more clear abou the expectation, respect to personal lives of employees like need of offtime to care for sudden issues related kids and family or health issues
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers should support the newcomers and help with their onboarding process. No handover is made after startlng a new role. The new employees are expected to know everything done before within company and prepare documents accordingly but that is not the case.
