If our customers knew how we are treated perhaps they wouldn't buy from us. Miserable working conditions, unfair and unsafe hourly rates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale needs to be improved. That is hard to do when we all feel that the company does not care about us. Under paid/over worked!!!!!!!!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Please care about us! Pay us what we deserve! Match our 401k $ for $ up to at least 6%. Increase our sick leave to 8 full days a year.
