My team are all rockstars. They know their stuff and if they don't they aren't afraid to say so-- but that they will find the answer. I'm transitioning between teams currently, but both teams are incredibly resourceful and supportive!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For my current work environment, people are reliant on feedback to be successful. I feel the feedback received is tough but honest and I'm able to improve my work based on a peer's viewpoint without a sense of judgement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was much more in depth. The current process is a series of questions-- if you can answer them, there is no formal interview (to my knowledge). People are hired directly into perm positions with no background in departments. Communicating with peers is harder and inconsistent.
