I was offered a promotion, but without pay increase. I was denied salary negotiations when I first started. There is a lot of gaslighting by trained managers, recruiters and HR partners to keep employees motivated. A lot if empty promises. They will pay as little as they can even when changing roles

Allow fair salary negotiation when hiring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation policies are almost illegal. They offer promotions and role changes without paying people. They promise generous compensation but employees end up being paid below market rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are dishonest, greedy and disconnected. They lack empathy and compassion for human beings. They only care about the board and the stock price. All their campaigns are lies. For exampley, they currently advertise an employee apprenticeship program which got put on hold.
