A decade in, its deteriorating. Decisions take longer, more politicking to get things done. Everything feels like it has this fraudulent sheen designed to hide that its turned into exactly every other company focusing on next quarters' EPS. I miss Jeff.

Twice a year, I get a lot of RSUs.

Everyone is optimizing for self over org. I can't blame them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speak truth to power. Stop feeding me bullsh*t and telling me its steak.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm able to work independently with minimal direction to guide where we need to go.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've learned the system and optimize for the largest package. This is my top priority at work. Yes men get paid.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Our bar is lowering, and less qualified interviewers are starting to bleed into decision making. I'm seeing fewer bar raisers actually bar raise and I can't think of the last time one actually used the veto power to say no when others were inclined.
