What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually addressing issues that staff have. They don't treat us like humans. More like numbers. We want leaders with experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we work long hours we always smile and cheer one another up. It's great for morale when management barely talks to us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we were paid a better base salary. Workers can barely afford to live. Many want to quit over pay and go to Tesla.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers make it this way. Managers Have no energy and are flat where the co-workers are vibrant and cheerful most of the night.
