They need to get better at demonstrating decent leadership and flow it down to people Managers.
They leadership team should do more to make sure that HR works for the benefit of employees and NOT just cover bad managers.
Bad direct reporting managers, coworkers that are willing to do anything to succeed even if that is by trying to make coworkers look bad.
