Amazon, the way it is now, is just a job. It's not a place you can call a career. Get leadership that can work with people, and compensate employees who deserve it. Get better training programs, and hold leadership accountable.
The biggest mistake I have seen, coming from someone who has worked at the Kenosha site since it opened, AM's and PA's are too young and nieve. Doesn't make for good business. The majority has no common sense and no people skills!
It's their training. I don't go to work to make friends, I go to do my job. Many of my co-workers are under the impression that high school behavior is what Amazon is all about. Get seasoned leadership and I think you will get better and improved co-workers.
An employee can't pay their monthly bills on the pay we get, so in turn, many of us have to take second jobs. As hard as most of us work, we should be getting at least $18.00 an hour. I believe that if we were paid better, Amazon wouldn't be a revolving door.
