What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They walk around or 1st and at water coolers just talking and half the ambassadors talk down to peole

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

As a team some work harder then there's and they should keep the same people in the same lanes all the time for accoutablity reasons

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They treat people unfair. They hire seasonal and wait last minute to let them know they are no longer needed. The point system is so unfair if the flex up and you have a half hour lay over before next shift it should allow you at least a 5 minute Grace as it does when you are just coming in.
