Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am ambassador at Amazon in Hawthorne, CA. Ido more then the shift leads and they get paid more and I get the same amount that the regular associates get. I think for the amount of work that an ambassador does they should receive extra pay an hour.
