Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they should've had real people who are loyal and true to what they do and that cares.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no real leadership. there's too many chiefs and not enough Indians! I feel like they should have me in charge of the Euclid plant, we would've got the head quarters!
What makes you most happy at work?
being humbled enough to have a job, waking up and helping people by doing a great job by being there on time as well as getting the customers packages out in a timely manner.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the leadership, also I feel like they've given the wrong people all the opportunities that would've been humbly done in a timely fashion. The person(s) that would've done an amazing job in the entire plant wasn't even in place. if it were me I would be in the top ranks.
