What makes you most happy at work?
I personally enjoy working. I enjoy the fast pace and mostly, getting paid. They just need to pay us for all we do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I should be getting at least quartly raises with a little respect and ability to move up in the company, but we are expendable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If amazon would pay a fair wage for the hardest job there is, maybe my coworkers would care to get things done on a timely matter and feel apprecited
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
they either freeze us in the winter or scorch us in the summer even though they clearly make the money to make work a much lore valuable productive experience for all involved
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat the true backbone of amazons fulfill employees, who with out they would never meet customer demands. We should be fairly compensated and have a manager willing to stand up for what is right but cowards rarely do so
