Make it a real interview, not a cattle call. They do not individually interview, they hire in mass quantities and put people wherever they want regardless of qualification. Either pick up the pace and learn or your out, no real training.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get your nose out of the laptop and off facebook, actually learn our positions before you tell us we are doing it wrong or how about work yourself in our dept with the numbers you want achieved and see for yourselves you are asking for too much from not enough people. Start delegating work
