The team I work with and knowing that I will do the same tasks so I know I will still have a job.

Always work to be done so can just do the tasks that are needed so never can get in trouble for standing and not doing anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can problem solve issues that come up yet only in charge of moving packages to where they need to go. Allowing more room for promotion within the company would make me feel better.
