What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Anyone can succeed. I have managers that are very clean cut, and managers that have purple hair and tattoos. People are rated on their work ethic, not superficial characteristics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's all great. But the best part is the stock benefits. I just sold 2 stocks to cover the tax on all of my stocks, and still had over $1100 refunded to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really works together to get the job done. Plus they are fun to work with. Amazon motto: Work hard, have fun, make history. And I feel that's what we do every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities. Currently Amazon is sending me to school for six weeks. They are not only paying for school, they are paying my full wages while I attend. I was part of an away team that was sent to another state to open a new facility. I was part of a team that worked to improve processes.
