Everyone knows what is expected for the most part.

My leadership team at Cha 1,were all pickers,so they know what you are talking about when you have a question or problem.They are very understanding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Pick team for the most part are hard workers,we complain and groan,but we still come to work everyday so it must not be that bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I'm independent and don't have a boss hounding me all day.Amazon is upfront about what they expect from you,if you go by the rules,you are good to go.
