Our Teams are GREAT!! Amazon employees are not only some of the hardest workers but just as much fun. They make any job enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is not enough even pay for the amount of work that needs to be done at any given time. Some should be paid less while others much more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers, great task delegation, easy going and always willing to help even if it's not there personal responsibility. We all help to make a great team and better the company. That is a true Amazon employees goal. We want to make Amazon GREAT!
