It's nice to see people from all walks, ages and cultures coming together to put the amazon smile on everyones face.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is willing to hear feedback, which in any industry it makes for a great experience everyday. Everyone has their off days, but 99.9% of the time its left at the front door before the shift begins.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My line of work with amazon has a hire turn around. Though the past month a core team has stuck around. I plan on making this a long term career, and the team I have with me now is brilliant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't receive benefits with my job title. That being said, I believe I am paid fairly for what I do. With the effort put forth you are recognized and guided through to reach higher accomplishments equaling more pay. I am very pleased.
