If we had a more positive work environment it would be a lot more pleasant and more willing to work better Amazon just pushes you to do way too much work for way too little money

They need to care more about the people that work there we feel so replacable and they really don’t care Whether you’re there or not they can just get somebody else to replace you if you don’t like your job

We really work very hard every day and they seem to focus on the Negative things you do not the positive that makes you feel even more unappreciated when are they focus on is the negative and they could start being more positive and pay us more money All differnt Companies have given raises an Amazo
