Things just keep going downhill and fixes are always over budget

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Wage survey says our work is similar to Dollar Stores and other jobs that put things on shelves at near minimum wage, but we do it at significantly faster rate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It takes more time to mark inbound returns as fraudulent or damaged so the rate system encourages defects to pass on to the customer. Quality accountability should be much more important.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Standing up to corporate management and admitting failures. Amazon grew from a culture that didn't originally turn a daily profit and relied on investors. That culture still inflates our success whenever serious problems arise.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our facility and equipment are too old. Old fulfillment centers need new equipment on a regular basis and one as dynamic as Amazon occasionally needs to replace whole buildings, but instead we just keep building more as old ones fail and the employees are blamed.
