The leadership team should be able to receive constructive criticism without backlash on the employees. Also, more opportunities should be given to those who want to learn and grow.
Everyone is so focused on meeting their rate, no one wants to hold a conversation. If people do talk, it is to gripe about the job or other people. It is not a fun atmosphere.
When they treat everyone equally which is hard to come by. When everyone is pleasant and work at a nice even pace instead f when the managers tell us to work harder and everyone is frustrated.
Often leadership is seen standing around joking and playing while tier one employees are running around and working hard trying to not miss CPT or to make rate. There should be an equal amount of expectancy of workload for each tier of employment.
