I've been with this company three years and I have had an amazing experience thus far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are what make the culture positive and we try to have music, games, and snacks periodically to keep moral up.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy to go to work because it is fast-paced and everyday is a new challenge. I feel accomplished at the end of every week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how my compensation package consists of my base wage as well as stocks. We are given annual raises and promotional opportunities so there is always room to increase my earnings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really gets along and we push each other to do our best work. We all focus in on the goal and are willing to help each other out to get tasks done without dispute or disagreement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy that we have friendly leadership at my job. They do not talk down to you or treat you in a disrespectful manner. I like that everyone has a certain level of respect for each other and we are able to work together regardless of title or position.
