
My coworkers are fine. I could work better together if our CEO would spend money updating our terribly slow computers, apps (FC research lol), our building roof constantly leaks getting product damaged, ect..
MONEY... Really it's that simple. People wouldn't mind all the constant labor share, inconsistent workflow, annoying worthless projects, extremely worthless audits, the heat, (our AC units constantly going out) if we got paid decent.
We are constantly tasked with random projects that we have tried several times before and they have been proven that they do not work. I get that they want continuous improvement but we don't ALWAYS have to "improve" these processes. Maybe sit back and realize. If it ain't broke, don't fix it
