What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stocks and benefits are really good. The VCP is a nice added bonus.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. The favoritism needs to stop and everyone needs the same opportunity to learn new skills. They need to show that we are appreciated and that we matter
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When I first started working there the GM was awesome but not the one we have now. Upper management has taken every little thing that they used to do for us to show their appreciation away. We do not feel valued or respected by management.
