Company environment is good. it seems that everyone wants everyone to succeed, as well as the company.

I liked that they looked through my resume and talked about things that I was proud of and passionate about.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is well organized and experienced, but sometimes they neglect to think about us employees. They almost seem carefree and disrespectful when they talk to us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very productive. We get the job done. Every time we get an assignment, we finish it on time and with the utmost quality.
