Management institutes changes and claims that they are network standards (meaning all of the FCs should be doing the same thing). Then we find out that they are not. They also don't allow input into changes that may negatively impact our productivity when that is what they hold us accountable for
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is and always has been poor communication. Policy changes used to be rolled out in writing. Now nothing seems to be put in writing. Depending on who you are and who you are dealing with, the outcomes and opportunities can vary. There seems to be no fairness in the way rules are applied.
