Paid correctly, a real position instead of in the air. I do multiple projects and get them done early. I am a nobody here though!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having backbone!! They change standards daily, we never get in a groove. Management doesnt put foot down on standards we just have to say yes to everything and everyone. Its embarasing to tell customer new standard then manager doesnt back it up then we look bad!
